We do not access your phone's address book, call logs, text messages, or photos.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes such as security, compliance, and dispute resolution.

If you delete your account, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and associated data directly within the app by navigating to:

Settings > Delete my account > Type DELETE to confirm

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information.

You can:

  • Update certain account information within the Services
  • Opt out of non-essential emails via the unsubscribe link (when available)

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
