1. The Services

Nurture is a personal relationship–tracking application that allows users to create, manage, and reflect on relationships using visual and interactive tools. The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly permitted by us.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

Some features of the Services may require a paid subscription.

• Subscription fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers
• We do not store your payment card information

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time through the app settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. Account deletion will result in the deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (excluding User Content), are owned by Jonvulabs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jonvulabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

In no event will Jonvulabs' total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jonvulabs and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
